Just in time for spring, our Maibock is here! This bright, golden lager offers a strong, refreshing take on this traditional German style. Think of it as a springtime cousin to Oktoberfest—stronger and paler, but just as rich in character.
Don’t be deceived by its light color—Maibock is a big beer with a complex flavor profile. We source our hops directly from the Seitz Family Hop Farm in Wolnzach, Germany, which deliver floral and herbal aromas that lead to a balanced, subtly sweet taste. Hundreds of pounds of premium Bavarian barley malt and a traditional decoction mash bring notes of honeyed crackers, creating a solid malt backbone. A light touch of alcohol heat adds warmth without overpowering the smooth finish.
After a long, cold fermentation and a gentle pass through our lenticular beer filter, this beer emerges with an impeccably clean finish, showcasing all the careful craftsmanship that went into every batch. Ready to embrace the season? Bring on the sun. Bring on Maibock.
