Seasonal Beer Release: Citraweizen

Citraweizen‘s recipe is based on our Hefeweizen, but we dry hopped it with a whole bunch of a hop called Citra. True to their name, Citra Hops give this beer a citrus aroma and flavor that pair perfectly with our wheat beer’s traditional banana character. This year, we dialed things up to 11 by swapping out Cascade hops with Mosaic Cryo. This year’s Citraweizen is bursting with citrus character and is exactly what you need to beat this summer heat.
