DESCRIPTION:Join us at Riggs Beer Company for Beer and Yoga! This one hour, all-levels yoga class is a great excuse to drink beer in yoga pants on a Sunday afternoon.Certified yoga instructor Jodi Adams will guide you through a fun, light-hearted class designed for movement and laughter.\nNo matter what your level of experience, Beer and Yoga is a fun way to return to the practice or try something new. Men and women are encouraged to join us.\nThe cost for the yoga class is $10/person to be paid in cash to the instructor prior to class.\nBeverages can be purchased at the bar. Free water available.\nPlease, no outside beverages or beverage containers.\nThe class will take place outside on the lawn in good weather.\nDrop-ins are welcome, but pre-registration is recommended!\nPlease arrive 10-15 minutes early to get settled in. Wear comfortable clothing that you can move in.\n***Please bring your own mat.
