If you like to drink it and want to know more about how your beer is made, let us take you on a tour of the world of beer. You will learn about ingredients, take a look inside our tanks, and find out more about the processes behind beer production.
Small-group tours will be conducted most Saturdays and Sundays at 3 pm. The brewmaster guided tour will take approximately one hour followed by a sampling of all Riggs Beers. Plan for up to two hours. Closed-toe shoes are required.
We can only take a limited amount of visitors on each tour. So to make sure you have a spot, please check the tour calendar on this page and sign up. Cost for the tour is $10 per person and includes a generous sampling of our beers. Online sign-up closes 1 hour prior to tour start. For for any last minute interest, please call the brewery at 217-718-5345 to see if any spaces are still available.

and demonstrate biological limits for protein and oil concentration in maize kernels. We’ll discuss yet another use for these unique materials in the brewing of beer.
This band started by doing bluegrass/ gospel then moved into classic country with a drummer and now we play a small mix of oldies rock and roll with our emphasis on mostly classic country, such as songs from Willie Nelson, Merle Haggard and Brooks and Dunn. Along with a whole lot more! We have been together for more than 3 years now.
